Our Project

We try to do two contradictory things at once. On one hand, we try to stand for one particular philosophical position, one project. But at the same time, we try to show the joy of understanding every philosophical position. We firmly believe that philosophy — as the unique capacity for thinking itself — delights us by unveiling the beauty of that singular capacity. That is precisely why this is a place open to anyone eager to learn about any philosopher.

Although we do have a position we stand for, there is no ideological project here to win people over to it. Instead, what is here is an embrace of the one fate that belongs to philosophy itself. We knock ideas against ideas to decide what is right. Before anything else, we relish the joy of that very “collision.”

The word “Philosopher” literally means “a lover of knowledge.” We know well that there are people who love knowledge. What exists here is a common platform for such people.
